Our client, an English School Nuevo Leon is a school based in Monterrey Mexico, wanted to increase their online presence and attract more students to their school. They had a basic website that was not user-friendly, and they had not implemented any marketing strategies to reach potential students. They approached us to help them redesign their website and implement effective marketing strategies to reach their target audience.

Web Design & Development

We conducted a thorough analysis of the client's website to identify areas of improvement. We found the website was cluttered and lacked a clear structure, making it difficult for users to navigate. There were also conflicting fonts throughout the website causing visual inconsistencies.   We proposed a new website design that was modern, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. We created a clean and visually appealing design that highlighted the school's strengths and key features, such as its experienced teachers, engaging teaching methods, and state-of-the-art facilities. We also change the logo font to the same font used throughout the site.

To make the website more user-friendly, we organized the information into clear sections and added intuitive navigation menus that made it easy for users to find the information they needed. We also optimized the website for mobile devices, ensuring that it was accessible to users on all devices. We ended up going with Webflow for the web development process.


To increase the school's online visibility and attract more potential students, we implemented a range of marketing strategies, including:

1. Social media marketing: We created engaging social media profiles on popular platforms such as Instagram, and TikTok, and posted regular updates about the school's programs, events, and student success stories. We also engaged with users through social media, responding to their queries and encouraging them to visit the school's website. We saw the most engagement with our Instagram reels strategy. We have seen lots of success with other clients using this strategy it works both for TikTok and Instagram. So what we did was we created short-form videos with practical and great tips on how to learn English as a Spanish speaker with trendy subtitles and emojis.Tik Tok is on the rise and is highly recommended for all E-Learning platforms and courses.

2. Google ads are our bread and butter we do lots of campaigns for lots of service-based businesses just like this English school. We did our normal process with research on relevant keywords and phrases to create targeted google ads. We identified the most popular search terms and used that to create relevant ads in the local area. We also included ad extensions that highlighted the unique features of the school, such as its experienced teachers and engaging teaching methods.

3. Email marketing: We created targeted email campaigns that reached out to potential students who had expressed an interest in learning English. The emails provided information about the school's programs, events, and special offers, and encouraged users to visit the website or contact the school to learn more.

After launch

After the launch of the new website and implementation of the marketing strategies, the English teaching school saw a significant increase in website traffic and conversions. The website attracted a higher number of organic visitors, and the social media profiles gained a significant number of followers. The email campaigns had high open rates and click-through rates.
